Intruduction of Frank Rizzo

Frank Rizzo immagrated from Italy. He was a hero to some who vote im as mayor.Rizzo joined the Philadelphia Police Department in the 1940s, But one of the well knowns action was "rizzo's police officers were the raids on the Philadelphia offices of the Black Panther Party on August 31, 1970".Rizzo was also not a typical commissioner "he sometimes quarreled with the city's mayor". Rizzo had given jobs to about 2 dozzen local reporters.
